What:  The DeCesaris/Prout Golf Tournament to benefit the DeCesaris/Prout Cancer Foundation's strides in bringing light to the fight in lung and ovarian cancer research programs

Who:  The tournament brings together family, friends and the Greater Annapolis, Baltimore, and Washington D.C. corporate community for a wonderful day of fun and fellowship

When:  Friday, June 26, 2009 (8:30 a.m. shot-gun start, scramble format, followed by lunch reception and silent auction)

Why:  The tournament was established by JoAnn DeCesaris and Beth Prout Lennon as a tribute to their parents, Geaton DeCesaris, Jr. and Maureen Prout, respectively. The tournament seeks to comfort all individuals and families who have been touched by cancer, while raising awareness and monetary support for lung and ovarian cancer research.

Special Notes: The 2009 tournament marks the seventh anniversary of the DeCesaris/Prout Golf Tournament, and a special celebration is planned. As part of the festivities, we will be honoring all of our sponsors who have donated over 50,000.00 in the last 7 years, including but not limited to: The Geaton and JoAnn DeCesaris Family Foundation, NEW Charitable Foundation, The Young Presidents Organization, YPO: Geaton's Forum, & K Hovnanian Homes.  Thank you everyone!
